Location to site farming activities?

The huge area around Seletar West Farmway as there is also near accessibility to the market and shopping centers. As there are other farms there as well, it is most likely that the government will not have any future plans to place any major or big things there and even if they do so, it  would most probably be something in the agriculture business as well, maybe another farm. The soil there is also good for farming there using aeroponics.
